An MD (multi-device) bot is a program that connects to WhatsApp the same way WhatsApp Web does, then listens for commands you type in a chat or group. When you send .menu or .ping, the bot answers. Deploying means putting that program online so it runs around the clock, even when your phone is off.
Every deploy needs two things: a bot from the catalog, and a session ID that links the bot to your number. The session ID comes from the bot's pair site: you enter your WhatsApp number with the country code and get a pairing code or session ID in about a minute.
